Restored vintage leather Chesterfield canapé in Thomas Chippendale style.

We are delighted to offer for sale this rare and absolutely stunning men's club Chesterfield sofa, dating from the 1930s, fully restored, in dark brown whiskey-coloured aged leather with floating cushions upholstered in feather and featuring Thomas Chippendale-style buttons. The leather has been stripped down to the natural skin and then hand-dyed in this beautiful whiskey brown tone. The solid oak feet are securely attached to the frame without screws, and the nail trim is individually hand-assembled. The floating button cushions are fully upholstered, allowing them to be flipped in case of stains or damage. The frame is fully coil-sprung, not only under the base but also on the sides, back, and armrests. This is a custom order with no compromises for a very important and wealthy individual.
