Vintage Harrods Kennedy desk in military campaign style with drawers.

We are delighted to offer for sale this charming vintage desk, sold by Harrods London, made by REH Kennedy, a twin pedestal desk in military campaign style with a brown leather writing surface. It is a wonderful find, quite rare in that it features a total of 9 drawers, as they usually have a filing drawer that takes the place of 2 drawers. The wood is finished in rich mahogany and the brown leather top showcases beautiful gold leaf detailing. The condition is perfect for its age, the piece has been lightly restored including a deep clean, hand waxing, and manual polishing, and there will be normal patina marks related to age and use here and there. Desk dimensions: Height: 77 cm, Width: 121 cm, Depth: 58.5 cm. Leg space dimensions: Height: 62.5 cm, Width: 44.5 cm. All measurements are taken at the widest point.
