Oak Chest of Drawers 19th Century

Elegant oak pedestal desk from 19th century England. Very beautiful pedestal desk that has been worked on both sides, allowing it to be placed in the middle of a room or against a wall. Desk of very high quality. The desk consists of three drawers in the waist and two pedestals with three drawers and very beautiful original handles. Very fine moulding work on the drawers as well as on the entire desk. Height below the waist is 65cm, allowing for comfortable seating (often too low). The top is covered with green leather with Directoire decoration and a gold roulette. It is its original leather, which has a lovely patina. Additionally, we can find a bronze decoration.
