Two-seater leather canapé, hand-tanned, Edwardian style with studs.

We are delighted to offer this lovely two-seater sofa in hand-tanned brown leather with decorative studs all over the surface. The sofa is well-made and elegant, the leather is fully aniline bovine leather, giving it a thick natural appearance, and it is then hand-dyed and beautifully aged. The upholstery is held in place by numerous antique studs hammered in by hand. The legs are made of oak and elevate the sofa. In terms of condition, the piece has been cleaned, waxed, and polished, with a lovely faded vintage look. Dimensions: Height: 88 cm, Width: 142 cm, Depth: 89 cm plus 4 cm for the cushion overhang, Seat height: 57 cm. Please note that all measurements are taken at the widest point. Please note that vintage items such as leather seating will always have a natural patina in the form of creases and wear, and it is recommended to wax annually to prevent moisture loss. Additionally, hand-dyed leather is not recommended for prolonged exposure to direct sunlight as it will dry out and fade.
