We are delighted to offer for sale this vintage partner's desk with twin pedestals made of flame and veined satin wood, featuring a writing surface in oxblood red leather and a panelled back. It is an aesthetically pleasing, well-crafted, and decorative piece, with beautiful wood cuts that have a very English country house look. This is a knee-hole desk, it has a solid and finished back, and the panel can be removed if you wish to use it with an open back. The desk separates into three easy-to-transport parts plus the knee panel. The dimensions are Height: 76 cm, Width: 136.5 cm, Depth: 76.5 cm. The piece is in good condition, thoroughly cleaned, waxed, and hand-polished, with some age-related patina marks from honest use. The oxblood leather is nicely aged with slight fading in the centre.
