We are pleased to offer for sale this superb vintage walnut chest of drawers from the 1940s, featuring a sliding butler's serving tray. This high-quality piece is designed as a bachelor’s chest with a sliding butler's tray, allowing either a butler to serve drinks and snacks while protecting the top, or for use in a bedroom to place a watch, keys, and small items for the next day. The condition is very good, with some age-related patina marks from use, but mostly in good condition. The chest of drawers has been carefully cleaned, waxed, and hand-polished.
