Art Deco table in oak and walnut with marquetry decoration, circa 1940.

Art Deco table with a generous oak and walnut top, featuring a geometric marquetry design. The base, composed of two wide column-like supports, is connected by two metal stretchers and showcases moulding work that enhances its architectural character. Some old traces of insects are visible on the base; it has been treated. The top, with its graphic and elegant composition, also allows the table to be used as a large desk. A piece with a bold design, where the contrast between wood and metal adds a very contemporary touch despite its Art Deco origins. Dimensions: H 74 × W 168 × D 102 cm.
