Psyche triptych – Belle Époque – BROT House – Mahogany and brass

Psyche triptych from the BROT house, Belle Époque / early 20th century, composed of three mirror panels each 58 cm wide, framed in engraved brass bearing the manufacturer's name. The base is made of sculpted mahogany, with cabriole legs ending in scrolls, featuring S-shaped cutouts and a lower crossbar characteristic of the artisanal craftsmanship of the period. The backs of the panels are covered in a textured grey-beige fabric. The mirrors show an antique patina with typical foxing marks of period mercury mirrors. Some slight wear on the wooden structure is to be noted. Overall condition is satisfactory. Dimensions: H. 175 cm – W. 60 cm – Weight: 50 kg. Price: €850.
