Victorian restored George II style high-back leather canapé

We are delighted to offer this magnificent George II style late Victorian sofa, fully restored, in brown leather with a high back. The original period leather has been restored through washing, hand dyeing six times, antiquing, sealing, waxing, and polishing, giving it a better appearance than the original colour. The legs are carved from solid blocks of mahogany, stained and polished to new. Dimensions: Height: 136.5 cm, Width: 147.5 cm, Depth: 93 cm, Seat height: 56 cm. Please note that antique items like this have a natural patina with cracks, creases, and wear. It is recommended to wax regularly and avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the leather.
