645 armchairs designed by the Atelier de Recherche Plastique (A.R.P.) circa 1955, produced by Steiner. Black lacquered metal base. Fully restored armchairs, with khaki-colored foam, webbing, and fabric. The Atelier de Recherche Plastique is a collective of three French designers, Pierre Guariche, Joseph-André Motte, and Michel Mortier, founded in 1954.
