Kake-suzuri (懸硯) is a storage cabinet for valuable documents and calligraphy writing utensils. This particular piece dates back to the late meiji period and features three small drawers and storage space on the top. Beautifully weathered wood finished with metal fittings. The interior still clearly shows traces of ink. Decorate your interior with this unique piece of history. In good and usable condition. Key not included.
