Elegant antique secretary from the Napoleon III period, made of blackened wood, richly decorated with marquetry of precious woods, highlighted with decorative fillets. The front features a beautiful drop-down flap revealing an interior fitted with drawers and shelves, resting on a top covered with fabric. The whole is adorned with finely chiselled gilded bronzes: drops, lock entries, and decorative elements, typical of the Second Empire.
