Buffet 2 body, Renaissance period, Around 1580

Beautiful two-body renaissance sideboard with four doors and six drawers. On the upper part of the buffet, which hides two secret drawers, an alternating strip of three masks, represents a mythological scene: zeus changed into a swan seduces leda on the banks of the eurotas. The sides of the buffet are decorated with foliage and vines. The cornices of the doors and drawers are decorated with masks, griffins and very finely carved indigenous figures. The sides of the sideboard are decorated with geometric patterns. Very nice patina, C. 1580.
