Mid-century modern moon pendant lamp from East Germany by Verner Panton for Erjoka, 1960s.

Vintage design. Rare version of the moon lamp produced in the GDR by Erjoka. The manufacturer was inspired by Verner Panton's design from the 1960s. The body of the lamp consists of 10 ring-shaped slats arranged radially around the light source. They are finished alternately in grey and silver. They can be manually deployed around the pivot point to individually determine the shape and lighting effect of the fixture. The slats serve both as a reflector and as protection against glare. The lamp is in very good condition with signs of wear and patina. The cable of this item may be original and could require replacement, unless stated otherwise.
