Blue Moon

The Moon pendant light, designed by Verner Panton and produced in Denmark in the 1960s, features a fan-shaped design composed of ten round, blue-lacquered metal discs suspended around a central bulb. The discs can be individually rotated on a vertical axis to reflect and filter the light, creating a unique illumination. The lamp's appearance changes depending on the viewing angle. Moon is one of Panton's earliest designs from the 1960s. The Verner Panton Moon pendant light exists in several versions manufactured by various companies. This is an early edition. The lamp is in very good vintage condition with very slight signs of age on the rings. Diameter: 35 cm.
