Large elegant portrait medallion, oil on Venetian-style convex wood, vintage

A very beautiful large oval medallion portrait, oil on varnished, convex wood, vintage 1960s-70s in the antique Venetian style, handcrafted, hand-painted, Italy/Venice. The integrated frame has raised edges, gilded with gold leaf. At its center is a convex portrait of an elegant young woman in a long white and blue dress, wearing a fur coat and some pearl jewelry, set against an interior background with a curtain, a corner of a wall, and a terrace opening onto a blue sky and a tree. 36cm high by 36.5cm wide, quite rare in this size, approximately 10cm thick at its thickest point. In very good overall condition, there are, however, some minor signs of wear such as a discreet crack at the top of the frame and a few scratches, notably along the arm holding the dress, also discreet.
