Boyen Portrait of an Elegant Woman 1908 oil on panel

A beautiful oil on panel depicting a portrait of an elegant woman dressed in 18th-century fashion in shades of green. It is monogrammed lower left, signed Boyen, and dated 1908 lower right. The portrait is sold under glass and framed. Window dimensions: 18.5 X 13.5 cm. Frame dimensions: 32.5 X 27.5 X 4 cm. The work is in good overall condition, apart from a whitish defect on the cheek and a small stain under the glass. A small chip in the frame at the lower left corner and small chips in the stucco of the frame.
