A double-sided dressing table dating from the late 18th century, a fine example of cabinetmaking craftsmanship. It features concealed dovetail joints with mitered corners, mortise and tenon joints, and visible dowels for reinforcement in a darker wood, visible on the sides. The tabletop is divided into three panels. The central panel conceals a mirror on a sliding rail (which is not very secure) and allows the left panel to be opened. Below this panel is a perfume and makeup cabinet with a decorated interior. The right panel opens to reveal a storage compartment. There is a large drawer that closes with its original key and two smaller drawers on either side.
