19th century chest of drawers in carved blackened pine

Old small storage unit or chest of drawers in carved blackened solid pine dating from around the 1890s. Very beautiful details, fluting, floral patterns on the entire front of the unit, on the edges of the top. We love its elegant details, so unique, the sculpture of the wood in the mass, the graphic and circular patterns in places giving a general rhythm to the whole. The blackened wood patina, which has lightened over time, is very beautiful. We can see the grain of the wood under the patina. Presence of three drawers topped with round brass handles and a storage unit with a door. Very good general condition considering its age, however this piece of furniture being very old may have defects in the wood.
