Kai Kristiansen teak wall unit with console, Denmark, 1960s

Danish wall unit designed by kai kristiansen in the 1960s. This two-bay shelving system is entirely modular and will provide functional space for books and decorations. This set consists of: 2 shelves w: 85, 5 / d: 24 cm. 2 narrow shelves w: 62/ d: 24 cm. 1 narrow shelf w: 62 / d: 28 cm. 1 dresser with 4 drawers in 2 rows h: 23/w: 85, 5/d: 33 cm, drawers inner height: 5 cm. 3 metal rails 124 cm long each. Very easy system of metal baskets fitting into the rails. The set is in original vintage condition with minimal signs of wear. A great example of danish carpentry skills from mid 20th century.
