19th-century Louis-Philippe mirror with a decorated pink pediment.
A golden rose for your wall 19th-century French antique mirror, in Louis-Philippe style, made of gilded wood, featuring a beautiful floral and rose-shaped pediment. This antique French mirror in gilded wood has the typical rounded upper corners of Louis-Philippe mirrors. The mirror retains its original glass and has a wooden back. The frame showcases intricate engravings of flowers and leaves. The gold leaf gilding reveals a slight red hue underneath in places, giving the golden color a warm touch. The frame of the mirror is structurally sound, and the glass is still in very good condition. It is worth noting that the mirror and the back are authentic and original, and that the mirror is antique. It has some lovely small gray spots. The antique mirror shows slight imperfections due to wear and age, but it is overall in very nice condition. A section of the inner bead row on the upper left has been previously restored somewhat clumsily, but it remains discreet. Note: The visible band in the glass comes from the board used during the photography—it is not part of the mirror's glass!
