Military campaign commode Harrods in leather - lightweight and decorative

We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely Harrods London military campaign chest, handmade in England, featuring a brown leather writing surface and a drawer designed to look like a book, ideal for a laptop table. A very beautiful, well-made, and decorative piece, of good size to be used as a workstation. You have large drawers at the front and faux drawers at the back so that it looks the same from both sides. There is a lovely double writing surface in brown leather with storage underneath the top, and the table also has a support leg that extends at the bottom to keep the piece stable. We have cleaned, waxed, and polished it from top to bottom; there will be normal signs of patina related to age and use here and there. Dimensions: Height 80 cm, Width 29 cm extending to 56.5 cm, Depth 61 cm, Height under slope 70.2 cm. Please note that all measurements are taken at the widest point. This item is available for collection from our warehouses in Wimbledon. Condition: Please refer to the very detailed photos that are part of the description for condition. Please note that vintage and original items like leather seating will always have a natural patina in the form of cracks, creases, and wear; we recommend regular waxing to ensure that no moisture is lost. Also, hand-dyed leather is not recommended to be left in direct sunlight for long periods as it may dry out and discolour.
