Traditional Japanese Tansu chest of drawers from the 1870s, crafted during the late Meiji era (1868–1912). This piece exudes authenticity and character, boasting a warm, weathered appearance that has stood the test of time. Both functional and charming, this Tansu offers versatile storage space, perfect for documents or personal items. It adds a unique, historic touch to any modern or classic interior. The unit consists of two sections. There is minor damage to one of the drawers (at the corners). The bottom of the three handles on the small door has broken off, though it remains fully functional.
