A patinated plaster bas-relief depicting a woman with a bun, in profile. Signed at the bottom left Robert Coutin. Dated 1928. Period: early 20th century. Dimensions: 45x36 cm weight 5kg. Robert Coutin (1891-1965), French sculptor, born in Paris. Son of the medallist Auguste Coutin, he taught drawing, modelling, and sculpture at the Palais du Trocadéro with his father. Coutin exhibited at the Salon des Tuileries in the 1930s.
