Small Louis-Philippe chest of drawers in flamed walnut – 19th century period. Elegant small chest of drawers from the Louis-Philippe period in walnut, opening with five front drawers. It features very flamed walnut arranged in a book match, offering a rich and particularly decorative grain. Its moulded top with a corbel edge, rounded sides, and simple lines are characteristic of Louis-Philippe furniture from the first half of the 19th century. The drawers are equipped with their original locks and slide properly. The edges of the drawers are highlighted with a lemon tree marquetry inlay. The interiors are polished.
