Poul Cadovius rosewood wall unit for Cado, Denmark 1960s.

An elegant and functional mid-century rosewood wall unit designed by Poul Cadovius in the 1960s for his company Cado. It will enrich any living room or bedroom. It features brilliant carpentry and rich rosewood wood grain. The one-bay wall unit consists of: Dresser of 4 drawers H: 51 / W 80/ D: 46 cm; drawers height from top: 7cm, 7cm, 11cm, 14 cm. Shelf 22 cm deep. 2 shelves 30 cm deep. 2 solid wood rails 194 cm long. Wooden supports. All the parts can be interchanged and positioned as required using an easy system with regular slots in the rails. Shelves have engraved inscriptions: “Made in Denmark”. Our team checked the wall unit thoroughly. All drawers work smoothly, and all parts fit together. We cleaned the wood with professional compounds to enhance the beauty of the grain. We leave minor signs of use that do not spoil the aesthetic and only confirm it is originality. We try to bring furniture back to its best look, still considering they are 60 years old. Fantastic original rejuvenated condition.
