Scandinavian teak shelving unit featuring open shelves, sliding-door storage compartment and tapered legs. Scandinavian teak shelving unit produced during the 1950s/60s, featuring a vertical structure with three open shelves and a lower storage compartment fitted with sliding doors. The shelves are height adjustable through a series of visible side holes along the inner supports, allowing different shelf configurations. The lower section is fitted with two sliding doors with sculpted wooden handles; inside, a shelf divides the storage space. The structure stands on four tapered legs slightly angled outward. The piece is made entirely in teak with a consistent and clearly visible grain across the main surfaces. Its construction combines enclosed volumes and open shelving within a compact vertical composition typical of mid-century Scandinavian production. Good conditions. It may show signs of age and light wear consistent with time. Please pay attention to the photographs. AF874.
