Poul Cadovius wall unit for Cado, 1960s

This teak wall unit was designed by Poul Cadovius for his company Cado in the 1960s. Its simple form provides elegance as well as very practical display and storage space. The overall size is H:  198 / W: 83.5 / D: 38 cm. This set is fully modular. All elements are 80 cm wide and can be arranged as needed. Hung, lower, higher, and interchanged. The sliding doors cabinet features an additional shelf to help you organize the inner space, while several open shelves provide ample space for books and decorative objects. Perfect for the living room, bedroom, lobby, or office. The engraving “Made in Denmark” on the shelf validates its Scandinavian origin. The unit consists of: 4 shelves 24 cm depth, Cabinet with sliding doors H: 43 / W: 80 / D: 38 cm, Two wooden rails 198 cm long, Solid brass hardware. The wall unit has been checked and renovated by our team. We have ensured that the doors work smoothly and that all components fit together. The wood has been cleaned with professional compounds and finished with a few thin layers of Danish oil to add protection and enhance the grain. Overall, in fantastic vintage condition with absolutely minor signs of use. We have many more Cadovius shelves.
