A very decorative and sculptural armchair made from solid pine wood. Hand-carved by a Swedish cabinetmaker in the 1970s. Stunning wood grains and patina on this vintage piece, a true example of authentic brutalist inspiration. The seat has been reupholstered in boucle, Tiree 1002 (sand) from the BUTE fabric, adding a touch of comfort to the piece. A charming wabi-sabi object for a modern interior, perfectly suited to Antique, Wabi Sabi, Scandinavian, or Art Deco styles. Warm colour and patina that complement the minimalist Scandinavian style characterised by simple lines and clear spaces.
