Mustard pot signed Henri Delcourt Hand painted Old Rouen early 20th century

Item: Mustard Pot in Boulogne-Sur-Mer / Desvres Earthenware, signed by Henri Delcourt, hand-painted in the style of Old Rouen. Manufacture: Boulogne-Sur-Mer / Desvres. Decoration: Old Rouen style. Period: Early 20th century, 1913-1935. Color: White / Multicolored. Material: Earthenware. Condition: Very good condition, no cracks, crazing, or scratches. Note a tiny chip from use on the rim of the lid and a slight original enamel defect on the rim of the pot related to firing (see last two photos). Stamped: On the bottom, hand-written (see photos), HD by Henri Delcourt surrounding the traditional marine ink + France and reference 31/2. Mention of a commune in central France "Evaux-les-Bains" suggesting a "tourist" production. Dimensions: Height 8 cm. Length 8.5 cm (diameter + handle) Body diameter 6.5 cm.
