Foxed 19th C Louis Philippe Mirror

Decorative 19th century louis philippe mirror in gold gilt, adorned with a subtle shell cartouche, hailing from france and dating back to the 1850s – 1880s. This antique french mirror displays the hallmark of the louis philippe style with its gracefully rounded upper corners, a defining feature of this era. The mirror’s frame has stood the test of time, maintaining its structural integrity, while the original antique mirror plate remains securely in place. The mirror glass has aged beautifully, displaying an attractive and charming foxing. The mirror retains its authentic back cladding and is overall in a very good condition.
