Marine Commode in Teak, India – 20th Century

Elegant reissue of a Marine chest of drawers crafted from reclaimed old teak wood, entirely sourced from colonial Indian homes. This noble wood offers unparalleled stability: a material that no longer works, ensuring exceptional robustness and authentic charm. The front features two rows of two drawers, complemented by three large-capacity drawers, each equipped with recessed brass boat handles. The brass reinforcements that adorn the corners and edges highlight its Marine spirit, a signature of furniture designed to last and travel. You will be charmed by its harmonious proportions and warm presence that evoke the refined interiors of former colonial houses. A piece of character, both functional and timeless, that adds a touch of history and prestige to your decor. Reference Cop31
