Bombé commode in mahogany with inlays circa 1800

Stunning bombe chest of drawers in mahogany from the Regency period circa 1800. A chest of very high quality featuring numerous wood inlays on the top, on its drawers, as well as at the bottom and sides. We can find inlays of lemon wood, ebony, and maple. Beautiful flame pattern on the drawers as well as on the top and sides. The sides and top are made of solid mahogany, a sign of quality. Beautiful proportions. Very nice original handles. The front and drawers are bombe, giving it a lovely line. The drawers are made of oak, a sign of quality. Superb patina and in perfect condition.
