Vintage dresser in country/marine style by Gautier - 1970s/1980s. Superb vintage dresser with a burl veneer finish/warm wood, made by the French manufacturer Gautier (original Gautier stamp/label "Leading manufacturer of youth furniture - Made in France" present). This piece is inspired by the "country" or marine furniture style that was very popular in the 70s/80s. It is characterized by: Its beautiful original golden brass recessed cup handles. Its golden brass corner reinforcements and brackets at the corners of the piece. Its golden metal side transport handles reminiscent of a trunk/travel chest. A beautifully cut baseboard at the bottom of the structure. In terms of storage, the dresser has 5 very functional drawers: two small drawers at the top and three large deep drawers below. The drawers slide perfectly and offer a large storage capacity for clothes or linens. Its vintage and warm aesthetic will add a trendy retro touch to a bedroom, entryway, or living room.
