Authentic DCW (Dining Chair Wood) designed by Charles & Ray Eames and produced by Herman Miller in the 1950s. This iconic chair is part of the famous moulded plywood series developed by the Eames couple, now regarded as one of the major milestones in 20th-century design. This example belongs to the second generation of the DCW, corresponding to the early productions by Herman Miller after the Evans Products period, produced between 1950 and 1953. It retains its original finish as well as a beautiful patina acquired over time. The overall condition is very good, with signs of use consistent with its age. The backrest silent block has been replaced, ensuring comfortable and stable use. An iconic piece of post-war American design, sought after by both collectors and enthusiasts of modernist furniture.
