Japanese gouache painting on silk - 1930s

Gouache, black ink, and gold ink painting on silk. "Mother and Child" From the Japanese school of the 1930s. Signed lower left. The frame is black lacquered, in very good condition, as is the coaster. The silk outside the painting has slight pitting but this does not affect the quality and value.
