Charming little vintage saucer/dish made of fine porcelain from Japan, hand-painted. It features a traditional, colorful, and very lively decoration depicting geishas in kimonos in a flower garden, set against a backdrop of pagodas and Mount Fuji. The inner and outer borders are highlighted by a characteristic red iron trim typical of Kutani decorative style. Underneath, the calligraphic workshop mark in red indicates "Dai Nippon" (大日本 / Great Japan), confirming its authenticity. Perfect for being repurposed today as an elegant small catch-all on a dresser, a jewelry dish, or displayed in a showcase. Overall good condition. The colors of the hand-painted decoration remain fresh and bright. Note: very slight signs of wear on the red trim (see photos), no major chips or cracks. Dimensions: • Diameter: 13.5 cm.
