A magnificent Art Deco tray made of wood with brass handles and a fantastic, highly decorative Japanese scene on the serving surface. Two elegantly dressed women in flowing kimonos stroll by the edge of a nocturnal river, their lanterns reflecting the bright festive lights hanging above them. In the background, the stylised architecture and silhouette of a pagoda blend into deep teal water and shadows.
