Round coffee table Roger Capron herbarium terracotta

Vintage coffee table from the 1960s by Roger Capron, featuring the Herbier model. We love its round shape, with its stretcher legs encircling the table - as well as the contrast between the graphic vertical lines and the circular top. This model is rarely available for sale; accustomed to ceramic tops with their cool beige terracotta tones, this table has tiles alternating between terracotta, shades leaning towards black, and shiny white tiles featuring herbarium patterns in the centre. It therefore possesses incredible elegance, a unique character, and we appreciate the work of colours, shades, and gradients present on the tiles. The contrast between the matte and the shine of the white tiles adds a distinctive touch to the whole. In very good general condition, with signs of use. - Dimensions - diameter 90 X H 33 cm.
