1970s sculptural vase lamp - exceptional studio ceramics

This extraordinary vase lamp made of glass paste from West German Pottery was crafted from a striking ceramic vase by the Fohr company in the 1960s/70s. The shape is powerful and architectural: a wide base, a ribbed conical body rising, two symmetrical handles, and a pronounced shoulder.
