Covered pot in artisanal stoneware with an owl – signed Plume

Covered pot in handcrafted stoneware, consisting of a container and a lid topped with a stylised owl, modelled in relief. Its rounded shape, with two geometric side handles, rests on a flared foot and is highlighted by concentric lines that extend onto the lid. The caramel brown glaze, with ochre and beige hues, features fine dark speckles and subtle variations in tone. The interior is glazed in honey tones. The small owl reveals itself depending on the angle of view. Work of French artisanal pottery. Handwritten signature "Plume" under the base. And a small sun-shaped checkered stamp. Workshop not identified. In excellent vintage condition, shiny (see photos). Maximum diameter 10 cm, total height 14.5 cm, height of the pot without the lid 8.5 cm, height of the owl 4 cm. A charming little owl.
