A superb vintage stoneware sweet jar (or covered pot/decorative box), handmade and signed at the base by the famous French ceramist Jacques Breugnot (Model number 234). This iconic piece showcases the craftsmanship of the Bonny-sur-Loire workshop. It features a beautiful textured decoration of russet and green autumn leaves on a satin beige background, framed by borders with a black and grey brushed graphic pattern with a relief effect.
