Antique vase signed Moser Karlsbad – Amethyst glass & Art Deco gold frieze

Superb antique vase in deep amethyst glass, blown and faceted, made by the famous Moser factory, located in Karlsbad (now Karlovy Vary, Czech Republic). This rare model features a finely engraved golden frieze depicting antique combat scenes, in an Art Deco or neoclassical historicist spirit. The flared base and the ornate neck testify to the high-quality craftsmanship specific to Moser, a factory renowned since the 19th century for its luxury glassware intended for royal courts and art lovers around the world. This vase is signed under the base: Made in Czechoslovakia – Moser Karlsbad 🔍 Condition: overall very good, but note a small chip on the foot (visible in the photo), which explains the deliberately low price for an object of this rarity.
