Vintage 1900 terrestrial globe by Bertaux and Thomas in plaster

Old world map from the french brand e.bertaux g.thomas in plaster and metal circa 1900 in good condition. A pretty world map from the beginning of the 20th century in beautiful condition. The base prefigures the forms of the art deco era at the level of the world map bases. It is not dated but we find persia (which will become iran in 1934) and the russian empire which will become russia in 1917 which the ussr in 1922. The map is clean, although it displays slight light traces due to at the time. The metal base is impeccable. It measures 35cm in height and 27cm in diameter.
