Dating of the globe This terrestrial globe was published by the house Girard, Barrère & Thomas, geographers-publishers, 17 rue de Buci in Paris (printed by Dufrénoy, Paris). The dating is based on several precise cartographic elements: - Pakistan appears as a distinct state from India (existing since August 1947). - The State of Israel is mentioned (proclaimed on 14 May 1948). - The Federation of Malaysia is listed under this name (established in February 1948). These elements allow for dating this globe after May 1948, placing it in the range of 1948-1950, a period that is also consistent with other globes from the same publishing house referenced by professionals. The staging is created using artificial intelligence. By adopting this vintage object, you are giving a second life to a treasure from the past; thank you for making sustainable decoration, history, and action for the planet rhyme.
