Vintage 1960 terrestrial globe JRO Verlag world map German - 35 cm

Large world map lamp made of glass by JRO Verlag Munich, manufactured in Germany (written in German) in glass, paper, wood, and chrome steel, circa 1960, in good condition. Here is a beautiful vintage piece in remarkable condition; the glass globe is intact, and the paper map is stunning, although there is a visible缺失 in the area of Saudi Arabia. Its colours when illuminated are superb and vibrant. It has a few minor scuffs and shows a patina of time. The wooden and chrome base is in good condition. The electricity works, emitting a lovely, refined green light. The height of the globe is 35 cm, the diameter of the globe is 25 cm, and its depth is 27 cm. By adopting this vintage object, you are giving a second life to a treasure from the past — thank you for making sustainable decoration, history, and care for the planet rhyme.
