We are delighted to offer for sale this superb antique Tibetan altar cabinet, painted in polychrome with drawers featuring deer and potted plants. It is a highly decorative and well-crafted piece of art. Despite its small footprint, it provides ample storage space, with eight individual cupboards and three large drawers. The polychrome painting dates back several hundred years, showcasing pairs of deer symbolising longevity and nobility, as well as potted plants with symbolic meanings. The condition is sublime with a beautiful patina, with only a large chip present on the bottom of one door, which adds to its antique charm. Dimensions: height 102 cm, width 114.5 cm, depth 34 cm.
