Large Chinese linen cupboard. 4 doors + 3 drawers. Made of Elm. The front consists of hand-painted panels depicting scenes of traditional life. Original polychrome. The whole is framed by richly carved posts and crosspieces with floral and plant motifs. The cupboard rests on sculpted cabriole legs. Shanxi Province. 19th century.
