Beautiful set of four vintage chairs designed by René-Jean Caillette for La Cigogne, dating from the 1950s/60s. Fibreglass shells with abstract patterns in shades of ochre, green, beige, and white, resting on slender black tubular metal legs. Their clean lines, original patterns, and beautiful patina give them a lot of character. A representative set of post-war French design. Condition: vintage condition with signs of use and age. Colours slightly faded in places, some missing parts, stains, and scratches on the shells. The set retains a beautiful authentic patina.
