Pair of modernist Medea chairs, by Vittorio Nobili for Fratelli Tagliabue, made in Italy, circa 1955. Seats in thermoformed teak plywood, tubular legs in black lacquered steel, brass details. A superb line with finesse and an icon of Italian design from the 1950s. Engraved Medea on the underside. In good overall condition, with some discreet signs of wear and, on one, signs of restoration. Dimensions: W46cm, D53cm, H81.5cm.
